Tips for Success
- Make sure all ingredients, including cookies, sprinkles, chocolate, and ice cream, are certified gluten-free to avoid cross-contamination.
- Let the ice cream soften for about 10–15 minutes before spreading.
- Warm a knife in hot water and wipe it dry before each slice for clean cuts.
- Work quickly during assembly to prevent the ice cream from melting.
Storage
- Wrap tightly with plastic wrap or keep in an airtight container.
- Freeze for up to 2 weeks.
- Let the cake sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
