Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g water or chicken stock

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Method

  1. Add onion to mixing bowl.
    Chop: 5 sec / speed 5
  2. Scrape down sides.
  3. Add olive oil.
    Cook: 5 min / 120°C / speed 1
    (TM31: Varoma temperature)
  4. Add tomatoes and water or stock.
  5. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  6. Place chicken thighs into the Varoma tray.
  7. Put Varoma into position with lid on.
  8. Cook: 30 min / Varoma / speed 1
  9. Check chicken is fully cooked before serving.
